When you make a course booking, we need to know your name, address, e-mail and telephone number. We may collect information from you when you engage with Lamplark or book a class. Examples of personal information include name, job title, organisation, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, age, third party contact details, skills, credit card and other payment details. Please be assured Lamplark does not retain your payment card details. Any personal information you supply to us is treated in accordance with current legislation and will not be passed on to any outside organisation or individual.

Why and how we use your information

Collecting your information allows us to offer you appropriate support and training as well as responding to any feedback you send us. Lamplark will never sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make your personal information available to any third party, except for the purposes described in this privacy policy or with your prior permission.

To offer service and communicate with you: We use any personal information you supply to us solely for the purpose for which it was collected. Examples include; sending you information and updates; answering a query; registering your interest or booking a class or providing feedback.
