Lamplark is committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not collect or store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via e-mail or by enquiring about or applying for one of our services. Any personal information you give us is used exclusively by Lamplark for providing you with current and future information about our services. What information do we collect?

When you make a course booking, we need to know your name, address, e-mail and telephone number. This enables us to process and fulfil your booking and in case we need to contact you regarding your enquiry. When booking a course online, you will need to provide your credit or debit card number as well as expiry date to enable payment to proceed. Please be assured Lamplark does not retain your payment card details. When you enter a competition or prize draw, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so that we can administer the contest and notify winners. Any personal information you supply to us is treated in accordance with current legislation and will not be passed on to any outside organisation or individual.

Access to your information

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.  Please note that any request for access may be subject to payment fee of £10 which covers our costs in providing you with the information requested.  Should you wish to receive details that we hold about you please contact us with a written request.

Your consent

By using our site, you consent to the collection, processing and use of this information by Lamplark.
